About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service during the upcoming school holidays. As a Casual Responsible Person, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service in Peninsula, ensuring that children aged 5-12 years receive the highest quality care, education, and fun.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver engaging programs and activities that cater to individual needs while fostering positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community.
  • Ensure the highest quality care, education, and fun for children aged 5-12 years.
  • Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service in Peninsula.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. You will also require adequate knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children.

Your Qualifications
  • A Teaching Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or similar.
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
