Retail Store Fit-out Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to lead the planning, design review, and onsite supervision of retail store construction and fit-out projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and audit project budgets to ensure feasibility and cost control.
- Provide technical input during business negotiations and supplier coordination.
- Supervise the full construction process of new store fit-outs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor site safety, material usage, construction methods, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any construction quality issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and resolve store repair issues and equipment maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyse recurring maintenance issues to improve future store fit-out standards.
Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field, and at least 3 years' experience supervising construction or fit-out projects in a retail environment.
Requirements:We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Office, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
