Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee lease administration payments and ensure data accuracy across financial systems.

This role will involve managing AP processes, liaising with clients and stakeholders, resolving payment queries, and producing financial and variance reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage AP and lease payment processes, including monthly rent and outgoings.
  • Liaise with finance teams, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity in the lease administration system.
  • Handle budgeting, reconciliations, and critical lease date reporting.
  • Investigate discrepancies and manage subtenant invoicing and arrears.
  • Support process improvements and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in accounts payable or lease administration.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a degree related to finance or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
