Trust Accounting Specialist

The Role: You'll work closely with multiple real estate clients, delivering exceptional trust accounting support.
- Manage trust accounts for a portfolio of real estate agencies
- Handle end-of-month and mid-month processes
- Perform bank reconciliations, speed sheets, and forecasting
- Generate financial statements and reports
- Assist with annual audit preparation
- Produce profit & loss statements

About You:
- Previous trust accounting experience is essential
- Strong understanding of trust accounting fundamentals
- Certificate of Registration (preferred but not required)
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
