Job Title: Therapeutic Support Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Support Specialist to provide personalized therapy plans and interventions for clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop effective therapy plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on techniques and strategies to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
- Full registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant regulatory agency.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- A current NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
