Chief Digital Creative Officer

Develop a comprehensive digital creative strategy that drives business growth and delivers exceptional results.

  • Lead the development of scalable creative analysis frameworks and dashboards to surface insights, track key performance indicators, and guide continuous optimisations.
  • Design and execute multivariate testing programs leveraging AI for rapid asset generation and iteration across formats to accelerate learning and lift profit.
  • Oversee briefing, production, QA, and timely delivery of digital assets at scale, operationalising workflows and documentation, and aligning business KPIs through a continuous test-and-learn roadmap.
  • Communicate insights and hypotheses regularly to stakeholders, facilitating data-informed ideation sessions, and delivering monthly competitor creative intelligence with clear recommendations to sharpen strategy.
