About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing effective support to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality secretariat support to senior executives;
  • Managing correspondence, documentation, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Overseeing the timely progress of correspondence; preparing and distributing reports; contributing to quality-assurance of documents by identifying and rectifying grammatical errors;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience providing effective administrative support with experience in quality assurance of documents including checking grammar and adhering to standards and formatting;
  • Highly developed organisational, problem-solving and attention to detail skills;
  • Proficiency in the use of electronic records management systems and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Well-developed professional, interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to coordinate executive communications and liaise with stakeholders;
