This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure effective office operations. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain accurate and timely management of the project's administrative functions, including contractually required paperwork and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Process and log subcontracts, insurance documentation, and other items as directed.
- Maintain and update file management systems.
- Assist in preparing Accounts Receivables, including all contract required back-up materials.
- Coordinate New Hire Needs, including lodging and vehicle arrangements.
- Prepare project information sheets as needed by the project.
- Track material deliveries and assist in maintaining spreadsheets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry skills and ability to compile data-driven reports
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
