We are seeking a Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Padstow. This role offers a great opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while generating sales revenue.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-tier customer experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Support customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Analyse customer needs to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services.
  • Effectively communicate and articulate the features and benefits of our services, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Work in a structured environment with a supportive team culture and collaborative leaders.

About Your Roster:

  • The commencing rate is $35.59 per hour, plus commission.
  • A comprehensive training and onboarding program will be provided to ensure your success.
  • Training hours will be Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, starting November 28th (exact dates TBC).
  • Our head office is located in Padstow, offering free onsite parking.
  • You must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
  • Availability to work between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, is required.
