About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Padstow. This is a sales role where you will be the key point of contact for customers.

As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide a great customer experience and support customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries.

You will explore customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services and communicate the features and benefits of booking with O'Brien AutoGlass effectively.

About Your Roster
  • The commencing rate is $35.59 per hour + commission.
  • You will undergo comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success.
  • Training hours will be Monday to Friday for 4 weeks from 09:00 am - 05:00 pm.
  • The location is our Padstow-based head office with free onsite parking.
  • You must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week ongoing.
  • You must be available to work between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm (Monday-Saturday).
