We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Premium Revenue Coordinator on a fixed-term basis.

This position plays a vital part in ensuring the accurate management, allocation, and reconciliation of member premiums while providing exceptional service to our stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance, accounts payable/receivable or office administration, with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key responsibilities include accurately calculating, allocating, and reconciling member premiums, managing client accounts, credit control, and arrears for policy holders and invoiced companies.

The successful candidate will also investigate and analyse policy and commission history, collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve issues, and prepare, review, and action premium revenue-related reports.
