About the Opportunity

As a Registered Civil Engineer, you will be working closely with designers, civil engineers, construction administrators and project managers to bring complex land developments, master planned communities and infrastructure projects to life.

This role involves being a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that complex challenges and problems are effectively managed. You will also take overall responsibility for design delivery, including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to Spiire.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate design delivery, including resource allocation and discipline coordination
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee the design approval process and contribute to tender and contract documentation
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Significant experience in civil design, construction and contracts administration
  • The ability to lead, manage, mentor and motivate junior engineers
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering land development and infrastructure projects
