About the Role

As a Senior Disability Employment Services Manager, you will be responsible for empowering and motivating a small team of consultants to drive exceptional outcomes for job seekers with disabilities. You will lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business mindset, enabling them to read and interpret data, form local relationships, and plan for future success. They will also have resilience and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower and motivate a small team of DES consultants to achieve exceptional outcomes for job seekers with disabilities.
  • Lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.
Requirements
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
  • Hold a current driver's licence and have a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Be willing to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Secure a Working with Children Safely Card.
