Senior Project Specification Sales & Account Manager

Roc Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Specification Sales & Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for representing the company's full suite of Architectural product solutions to Lighting Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Interior Designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Lighting Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Interior Designers to understand their product needs and provide solutions
  • Manage relationships with company distributors and grow existing accounts and bring new ones on-board across the Melbourne region
  • Undergo full training and support to ensure success in the role
  • Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline sales cycles
  • Work collaboratively with a structured support team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales and account management within the Architectural Lighting Industry
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
  • High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken, and sales hunter mentality
  • Clear passion for the Design Industry and appreciation for artistically designed and produced products
