Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-practice clinical care that prioritizes resident needs and preferences.
  • Lead and supervise care team members to provide exceptional care.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Apply knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards in daily practice.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational skills.
