About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced nurse who will be supported by our multidisciplinary team, led by strong leaders committed to their success.
This role offers a healthy work-life balance with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, allowing you to structure your day while meeting the needs of valued clients.
You will provide direct clinical nursing care to our clients, conducting assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring safe, quality nursing practice.
Your Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients in their homes
- Conduct clinical assessments and medication management
- Develop holistic care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare teams
- Liaise with all parties involved in client care to maintain comprehensive health and wellbeing
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience
- Experience in clinical assessments and community-based care
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
