About the Role

Develop and implement HSEQ management systems that align with industry standards and legislative requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain ISO-certified HSEQ systems and policies
  • Conduct thorough audits, inspections, incident investigations and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate records of HSEQ performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Design and deliver impactful HSEQ training programs, inductions and toolbox talks
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership and project teams on HSEQ matters
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality and environmental sustainability across the organization

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ role
  • Relevant qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science, Quality Management or related field
  • Detailed knowledge of HSEQ legislation, standards and systems
  • Proven track record in auditing and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to influence and foster a proactive HSEQ culture
