Role Overview

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' return to work and life after injury. You will be working with a leading allied health provider, leveraging your skills to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct office-based and vehicle ergonomic assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform Activities of Daily Living assessments to determine equipment or household services prescriptions.
  • Conduct worksite assessments to interpret physical demands and environment, and to understand duties clients can complete to achieve short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.
  • Complete functional capacity evaluations to assess clients' abilities and limitations.
  • Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to ensure comprehensive care.
