About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers, and contributing to the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including job-based campaigns, to attract top talent.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Drive innovation and process refinement to enhance quality and speed in the hiring process, aligning with evolving workforce needs.
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from job briefs to candidate communication, ensuring timely and transparent interaction with stakeholders and candidates.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and talent pools.
- Utilise databases and systems for effective communication and reporting.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as diverse candidate groups.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in disability services, blue-collar or volume recruitment within a large complex organisation.
- Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to empower managers in informed selection decisions.
- Multitasking and prioritisation skills, with adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A strong business focus, centred around client and employee satisfaction.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, embracing change and driving continuous improvement to deliver positive outcomes.
