The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions to our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and supportive fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs for members, taking into account their goals, fitness levels, and health requirements.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create workout plans to help members achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide guidance and support to members on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
- Monitor and record member progress, making adjustments to their programs as needed.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective fitness program.
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.
Requirements:
- Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia (or equivalent)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
