The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions to our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and supportive fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs for members, taking into account their goals, fitness levels, and health requirements.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create workout plans to help members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to members on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of member progress and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive fitness program.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to continuously improve services and programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training or equivalent qualification.
  • Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia (or equivalent).
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Working With Children Check and willingness to undergo a police check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
