About Our Wellbeing Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate wellbeing officer to join our team.

Job Description

We provide health and wellbeing services to various workplaces, including employee assistance programs, counselling, crisis response, and workplace pastoral care. We are looking for an experienced professional who can proactively respond to onsite support needs, manage their own time, priorities, and workload factors, and work in a fast-paced environment across multiple customer locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.
  • Experience in a relevant role, preferably in mental health care.
  • Caring, compassionate, and driven to make a positive difference in people's lives.
