Aurecon is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our NSW & ACT Water Team. As a senior-level position, this role is ideal for Associate or Principal-level engineers looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical delivery and design management of civil water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering team to foster ongoing capability building.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to lead business development opportunities.
  • Participate in industry organisations and stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in water and wastewater engineering and design.
About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia and relevant experience delivering concept and detailed design of civil water and wastewater infrastructure. You will have a passion for delivery of high-quality technical outputs and a strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment.
