Civil Engineering Technical Director

Aurecon is a leading design, engineering, and advisory company that has been delivering sustainable projects for decades. As a Technical Director, you will join our NSW & ACT Water Team and lead a highly skilled team as the Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical delivery and design management of civil water and wastewater infrastructure on major and complex projects.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to the engineering team to foster ongoing capability building.
- Ensure high-quality technical outputs and undertake review and verification of deliverables.
- Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to solve complex issues in a technically-sound and commercially viable manner.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks and lead business development opportunities.
You will have hands-on experience in Civil Engineering and relevant experience delivering concept and detailed design of civil water and wastewater infrastructure. You will have a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and be a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia. Having Sydney Water Competency C4 and detailed design and construction experience is highly desirable.
You will showcase your strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, a can-do attitude, and be a strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment.
