About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Manager to join our team at Westpac. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients, providing business lending solutions between $500k to $3M, and working closely with a small team of like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored business lending solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify new business opportunities and grow the portfolio.
  • Conduct credit risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on business lending options.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business lending solutions.
