As a customer-facing professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our community. You will serve as the initial point of contact, handling each enquiry with utmost care and professionalism.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service through various channels, including phone calls, online requests, web-chat, and social media platforms.
A key aspect of this position is the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by undertaking a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).
No two days are ever the same when working on our newly refurbished customer desk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service across multiple touchpoints
- Assisting with high volume calls and face-to-face interactions
- Triage and resolution of diverse enquiries
- Processing Council's incoming emails into our records management system
