About the Role:

This is a permanent position in which you will be exposed to a diverse range of patient conditions. The caseload includes paediatric and adult clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
  • Design, trial, and implementation of low-tech and high-tech communication devices
  • Development, implementation, monitoring, and review of treatment plans
  • Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties
  • Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants
  • Supervision is an integral part of this role

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology and registration with SPA
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills and clear report writing skills
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle are essential
  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check
  • New graduates with good clinical experience are welcome to apply
