Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality speech pathology services to individuals with disabilities. As a Speech Pathologist with Ability Action Australia, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering evidence-based interventions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Deliver speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the local community
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants achieve their goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and support workers
Requirements:
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
