Bakery Production Specialist

About the Role:

Suprima Bakeries is seeking a skilled bakery production specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating baking machinery and ovens, measuring ingredients and mixing raw materials, monitoring dough/product quality and performance, cleaning equipment and workspace, and completing production records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate baking machinery and ovens in accordance with established procedures
  • Measure ingredients and mix raw materials for icing, toppings, and fillings
  • Monitor dough/product quality and performance on the line
  • Clean equipment and workspace to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Complete production records accurately and efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a food manufacturing or baking environment
  • Trade qualification preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work with different foods such as wheat, cheese, meat/bacon
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask
  • Manual handling up to 25kgs
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in hot room environments
