About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Completing financial planning and analysis work, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.">
  • Tracking and managing the forecast P&L closely to ensure accurate budget and forecast control.">
  • Providing profit forecasting, annual budgets, and business plans to inform strategic decision-making.">
  • Coordinating monthly financial statements and providing recommendations for expense and cost control.">
  • Supporting internal control requirements and ensuring adherence to financial policies.">
  • Preparing pricing approval business cases and overseeing revenue streams and invoicing.">
  • Working closely with the commercial team to optimize vehicle pricing, discounts, and incentives.">
  • Identifying and quantifying financial and business opportunities and risks.">
  • Performing analysis of standard vehicle margin, including revenue, discounts, standard costs, and local costs.">
  • Providing analytical support to the sales and marketing organization to evaluate business decisions.">
  • Attending to requests from management for ad-hoc business analysis and modeling.">

What We're Looking For:

We require a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst who possesses strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in finance or economics.">
  • CPA/CA qualification preferred but not essential.">
  • More than 5 years' experience in management accounting or financial analysis positions.">
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.">
  • Ability to think strategically and work effectively in a matrix organization.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.">
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.">
  • Sound systems and PC skills.">
