About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to join our team at Xero. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage strategic projects, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence.

Job Description
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality and scope.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop project managers and coordinators to build a world-class technology delivery team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure project success and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
