Arcadis is the world's leading consultancy, delivering sustainable solutions for natural and built assets. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager/Project Director to lead our Victorian Civil Infrastructure Business.

As a high-achieving project management professional, you will possess extensive experience managing civil infrastructure projects for government and contractor clients. A strong commercial background, including familiarity with contractual conditions and procedures, is essential.

  • Provide sound leadership to the team, direction, and advice, leading by example to achieve company goals and champion a quality culture.
  • Maintain commercial oversight of the team's portfolio of projects, driving project performance, service delivery, and commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through project reviews, working to deliver above expectation and championing client care.
  • Manage risks proactively, identifying, assessing, and mitigating adverse impacts on projects.
  • Cultivate relationships, resolving high-level issues, and ensuring project success.
  • Mentor and grow the team, ensuring team members reach their full potential.
  • Support business development, leading tender document compilation, contract negotiations, and client reporting.

  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering results.
