About the Role

As a Vehicle Return Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers at the end of their journey. This involves greeting each customer in a friendly and professional manner, resolving any issues that may have arisen during their trip, and exceeding their expectations by providing exceptional service.

Duties

  • Greet each customer and assist them with their vehicle return, ensuring all necessary checks are completed to meet customer satisfaction standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles to identify any damage or wear and tear, and document findings accordingly.
  • Check vital vehicle components such as oil levels, tire pressure, and windshields for chips or damage.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover process and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
