Role Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Guest Experience Host and deliver outstanding customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of travelling within the community
  • Meet targets and KPIs set by the business

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
