Job Title: Community Health Nurse

About the Role
  • Visit patients in their homes to assess and address their health needs

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification with unrestricted registration
  • At least 2 years of experience in community nursing or a related field
  • Excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
