Job Title: Nursing Team Coordinator

Nursing team coordinators play a vital role in the efficient management of healthcare teams. With their extensive experience and knowledge, they can effectively coordinate patient care, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of treatment.

In this dynamic environment, nursing team coordinators will work closely with registered nurses, CNAs, telemetry techs, and unit secretaries to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve optimal outcomes for patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provide high-quality patient care tailored to individual conditions and ages
  • Document medical records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct quality improvement assessments to enhance patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A current Registered Nurse licensure in the state or from a compact state
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • AHA ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
  • One year of experience preferred, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
