Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Commercial Managers in achieving performance objectives.
  • Managing external communications and messaging.
  • Assisting in achieving OEM financial and strategic objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Fostering an entrepreneurial culture, promoting process improvement and high-performance mindset.
  • Overseeing Maintenance Centre activities, including forecasting and performance monitoring.
  • Ensuring supply performance meets expectations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business or Engineering.
  • Project management training or certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading a Customer Service team in an aviation environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships locally and globally.
