This is an exciting opportunity to assume a senior leadership position in Melbourne.

  • Lead, manage and inspire a team of professionals on aviation projects across ANZ.
  • Drive technical excellence across our ANZ Aviation portfolio.
  • Develop business growth opportunities with Clients and construction partners.
  • Participate in the development and execution of our ANZ Aviation business strategy.
  • Active involvement in the Aviation Technical Practice Group, comprising 850+ peers globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years' experience in airside infrastructure engineering design, aviation pavement design, pavement condition assessment and evaluation.
  • Experience in interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating major aviation projects, ideally across both civil and Defence sectors.
  • Project delivery and leadership, design management across disciplines.
  • Demonstrated client relationship management, strong communication skills and ability to positively influence those around you.
