The Role

We seek experienced guest services professionals to join our team on a casual basis, preferably with hospital or similar experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high standards of cleaning services
  • Operate in line with infection control standards and workplace safety policy & procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
  • Act in accordance with all manual handling protocols
  • Assist production teams to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved at all times
  • Demonstrate professional practice by working according to policies and processes, code of conduct and by participating in yearly performance appraisals and mandatory education.
  • Support quality improvement in all aspects of safety including workplace health & safety.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as cleaner or infectious cleaning specialist in a hospital environment or similar
  • Have enthusiasm, drive and passion to prepare and maintain an appropriate work area to the highest standard of excellence
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Be able to commit to the flexibility of working Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster
