Project Manager - Electrification and Automation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Electrification and Automation team at Siemens Ltd. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the Smart Infrastructure sector, leveraging their expertise in project management, electrical engineering, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens' policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or automation industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • PM@Siemens Certification or equivalent.
