About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products across Sportsbook and Fantasy Sports apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development from concept to delivery across various products in the Dabble app
- Prioritize initiatives in line with our product strategy, focusing on differentiation, customer satisfaction, and timely execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and designs for initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation of requirements for development
- Engage stakeholders and manage expectations effectively on product development
- Work closely with UI/UX Designers to bring initiatives and customer journeys to life
- User acceptance and regression testing of features and initiatives
- Monitor product usage and performance across your remit of products
- Integrate customer feedback into the design of products through collaboration with the Voice of the Customer function
- Provide regular updates on the status of plans, development, and released products
Requirements:
- Commercial experience working in digital project teams
- Experience delivering products and features into digital apps
- Expertise in writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring tickets are up-to-date
- Proficiency in analyzing product performance and reporting results to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with developers to ensure requirements are understood and product is delivered to spec, including testing
- Analytical mind and problem-solving orientation
- A strong interest in racing, sports, and betting (preferred)
- Experience with product experimentation and tools such as JIRA, Figma, Slack, Quicksight, and Amplitude is beneficial
