The Role
As a Casual Urgent Care Receptionist at our Brown Plains practice, you will be responsible for managing the front desk reception, welcoming patients, supporting healthcare professionals, and performing general administration duties.
This role involves:
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
- Collecting and entering patient details into our database.
- Scheduling appointments when required.
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
- Providing administration support and other ad-hoc duties.
You Will Thrive If
- You have excellent customer service skills with previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- You possess excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner.
- You are detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritise.
- You have knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech or are willing to learn.
- You can work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
