Job Overview

Casa Services is seeking a visionary and accomplished finance professional to join the organisation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assume responsibility for all financial management functions of the organisation, including high-level strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board, guiding key decisions that influence the organisation's direction and long-term success.

The role offers an outstanding opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-evolving environment that demands agility, innovation, and strong commercial acumen. You should bring financial expertise, exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills, and the ability to think strategically and laterally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence and integrity, delivering sophisticated financial reporting, establishing performance metrics, managing risk, and maintaining governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and CA or CPA certification, or equivalent, are expected.
  • A NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and satisfactory National Police Clearance are required.
Preferred Location

The appointee is preferably resident in Alice Springs; however, applications from those in Adelaide will also be considered, with the role offered under a hybrid arrangement requiring regular on-site attendance in Alice Springs.
