Job Title: Disability Support Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Our Disability Support Workers provide a range of services including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as supporting individuals to access community facilities and engage in activities that promote social inclusion and connection.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
