Urban Landscape Strategist

We collaborate with cross-functional teams nationwide to provide expert stakeholder relations and advice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for complex development projects.
- Partner with project teams to assess regulatory and political risk and manage stakeholder issues.
- Lead on initiatives to build stakeholder engagement capacity and skills across business units.
- Capture and report high-stakeholder/reputational risk projects via a Priority Projects Radar.
- Work closely with media relations on significant project or asset issues management.
- Experience in corporate stakeholder engagement strategies and internal/external communications.
- Understanding of stakeholder environments, legislative processes, and public affairs, policy, government relations, advocacy, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
