About the role
Urban Creativity is seeking a skilled Landscape Tradesman to join our dynamic team in North West Sydney, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for the hands-on delivery of high-quality landscaping services, contributing to the company's mission of creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces.
What you'll be doing
Executing landscape construction and maintenance tasks including paving, planting, retaining walls along with all aspects of hard & soft landscaping.
Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
Collaborating with the management team to interpret and implement landscaping plans
Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in landscaping
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
