Main Responsibilities:- Stock Requisition and Management: Ensure timely and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock, maintaining a well-organized cellar.
- Internal Order Fulfillment: Deliver stock to relevant departments and managers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with various suppliers and staff to manage purchase orders and deliveries, maintaining effective communication.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document all deliveries and updates to the computer system, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Event Support: Assist the operations team with event room setup and pack down, adhering to floor plans and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform weekly beer line cleaning procedures, maintain the receiving dock area, and ensure the beer reticulation system and post mix equipment are in good working order.
- Previous Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cellar and store work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: A high level of fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computing Skills: Basic to intermediate computing skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Certifications: RSA & RCG Certificate and current NSW Driver's License.
