Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support throughout the Residential Aged Care process.
  • Care Options: Determine customer needs and assist in understanding suitable care options, explaining the Aged Care process in detail, including fees payable.
  • Legislative Requirements: Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, including issuing legal contracts to clients.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize mainstream software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, to effectively manage customer interactions and data.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Community Work: A genuine passion for working within a people-based environment and supporting members of the community.
  • Certificate III in Business: A commitment to working and learning for a minimum of 12 months, with a genuine interest in commencing a Certificate III in Business.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy for customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and computer skills, with confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
