Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership in IT strategy and influence decisions regarding technology and infrastructure.
  • Lead the development of transformative solutions to support sustainable business operations.
  • Create overall strategies for organisation-wide system architecture and design.
  • Oversee the project implementation of our IT Strategic Roadmap and the work of the Project team.
  • Transform the IT Operating Model to ensure a high-calibre functional structure, policies, and process flow.
  • Lead your team through effective workload and resource management, coaching, and development.
  • Determine, agree, delegate, and monitor targets and budgets.

What You Will Need

  • A proven track record of success in driving business value through IT enablement in a customer-centric environment.
  • Proficient in contract negotiations, vendor service management, and capacity planning.
  • Solid project management, functional operations know-how, and technical knowledge.
  • A history of embedding modern ways of working and taking a cross-functional approach to problems and solutions.
  • Strong relational intelligence and proven ability to build productive, durable, and trustworthy relationships.
  • Significant technology experience including senior leadership experience in an IT/strategic solutions environment.
