As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in designing and architecting scalable and robust architectures leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce's data model will be instrumental in driving business growth.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, providing architectural insights and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities will include leading the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, utilising Design Thinking and working within an Agile environment, leveraging your strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear architectural direction.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (preferably 4+ years) architecting solutions on Salesforce, with a deep understanding of LWC and OmniStudio
  • In-depth knowledge of OmniStudio components such as DataMapper (DataRaptor), OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Ability to manage complex requirements, guide development teams, and utilise CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and release management processes to deliver end-to-end solutions
